Most of our work is carried out in occupied homes, and our approach reflects what that requires: clear resident communication, careful working, and evidence returned in the format and to the deadline the funding scheme demands.

We work in occupied homes
The majority of our installations are carried out in occupied properties. Resident liaison, access arrangements, protection of the property and daily clearance form part of our standard approach.
We return evidence complete and to schedule
Evidence packs are compiled as the work proceeds rather than assembled afterwards, and are returned in the format and to the deadline required.
We provide a single point of contact
